MeditationHelper respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles — and what it doesn't.

Data stored on your device

All your personal data — meditation history, streak, session notes, and language preference — is stored locally in your browser or device using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server we control.

Third-party services

The app embeds YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, YouTube may set cookies strictly necessary for video playback. We don't collect any data from these interactions.

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool, to count anonymous page visits. No personal information, cookies, or cross-site tracking are used.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
